TV Electric letter. TXX 89721, from W. o. Cahill Jr., to USNRC dated September 27, 1989 Gentlemen:
The referenced letter provided TV Electric's response to Unresolved item 445/8957 U 02.- The response stated that by November 1, 1989, changes and revisions to Chemistry and Environmental, and Operations procedures to correct format and administrative errors would be issued and that elements from the procedure review checklists would be incorporated into departmental administrative procedures.
Issuance of these changes and revisions has taken longer than expected. These procedure changes and revisions will be issued l
prior to fuel load.
