1 The referenced letter provided TV Electric's response to Notice of Violation l
445/8957-V-01.
In that response TV Electric stated that by October 9, 1989,
.the Nucicar Operations Department administrative procedures for control of l
. records would be revised to require designation of record coordinators.
H responsible for adequate storage of documents.
The objective of completing L
.the post work review process within thirty days was also to be procedura11 zed.

The issuance of the procedure revisions was not completed until P
October 11, 1989.
In part, this delay was due to the large number of i
regulatory commitments which were already encompassed by the procedures and the. extensive review process which was required. This matter was discussed with Mr. R. F. Warnick of the NRC on October 11, 1989.
