With the exception of three open i
issues as discussed below, the staff has concluded that the THI-1 provisions l
for alternate shutdown capability conform to the guidance in Generic Letter i
81-12. The results of the staff's review of this matter are contained in the enclosedTechnicalEvaluationReport(SAIC-89/1147).
