Enclosed is the upgraded draft of the Commonwealth Edison Company Generating Stations Emergency Plan (GSEP)-Revision 0.
The revised GSEP, originally submitted in draft form with Reference (a),
has been modified to address the comments received from Messrs.
W.
Axelson (Directorate of Inspection and Enforcement-Region III) and D. Kunihiro (NRR), the NRC Staf f members conducting the review of the Commonwealth Edison emergency preparedness program.
In addition, the enclosed materials address tnr inf erim guidance on emergency response plans contained in NURFWlt54 (Reference (b)).
Also enclosed is the revision to the LaHS 1 Ocunty Emergency Action Levels List (Taule LA 5.0-1 in the La'.a lc Jnty GSEP Annex) requested by Mr. Axelson.
