Dear Mr. Smith:
We have reviewed the revised Safeguards Contingency Plan submitted by the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation letter of March 18, 1980 and now find the plan acceptable. Therefore, the Vermont Yankee Safeguards Contingency Plan as revised March 18,1980 is approved. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d), the plan will be withheld from public disclosure.
