'Da te' Safeguards Branch Inspection Summary:
Areas Inspected: The Westinghouse Measurement Control Program.
The inspection involved 28 inspector-hours on site by one NRC inspector and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NBC requirements in the one area examined during the inspection except for the following two items:
1.
Failure to initially calibrate the emission spectrometer with standards traceable to a national system of standards (80-10-01) (deficiency).
2.
Failure to record actions taken when control data exceeded the.05 control limit (80-10-02) (deficiency).
