In accordance with your application dated January 28, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-777 is hereby amended to authorize the waste processing operations as described. Accordingly, we are enclosing a revised page 188 of the list of effective pages to incorporate ir,to the license the amended version of Part 925.17 transmitted by your letter of January 28, 1980.

Notwithstanding your use of the phrase "per cubic foot" in referring to the U-235 concentration in the wastes in the shipping drums, there shall not be more than 5 grams of U-235 in any cubic foot, as specified by Paragraph 71.9(e) of Part 71.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
