Dear Mr. Spitznagel,
4 This letter is to confirm our plans to meet with you and your colleagues on June 6, 1980, to discuss the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulatory program for nuclear power plants, including the resident inspection program. A resident inspector, John J. I!arrison, has been assigned for some months now to the Marble 11111 Nuclear Power Plant construction site.
The meeting will be at 1:00 p.m. in the Madison Court llouse, Circuit Court Room, 3rd floor, Main Street, Madison, Indiana. The meeting is intended to be informal. A tentative agenda is enclosed, and we will welcome any questions you might have at the meeting.
Along with myself, the following Region III personnel will be in attendance at the meeting: William B. Menczer, Regional State Liaison Officer, Cordell Williams, Construction Branch, and John J. Harrison, Resident Inspector.
