Dear Mr. Raney:
This letter is to confirm our plans to meet with you and your colleagues on June 6, 1980, to discuss the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulatory program for nuclear power plants, including the resident inspection program. A resident inspector, John J. Harrison, has been assigned for some time now to the Marble Hill Nuclear Power Plant construction site.

The meeting is intended to be informal. A tentative agenda is enclosed, and we will welcome any questions you might have at the meeting.
Along with myself, the following Regicn III personnel will be in attendance at the meeting: William B. Menczer, Regional State Liaison Officer, Cordell Williams, Construction Branch, and John J. Harrison, Resident Inspector.
