Crystal River Unit 3 Docket No. 50-302 Operating License No. DPR-72 IE Bulletin 80-05 VACUUM CONDITION RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO CHEMICAL VOL-VME CONTROL SYSTEM (CVCS) HOLDUP TANKS (SOMETIMES CALLED " CLEAN WASTE RECEIVER TANKS")

Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

On March 12, 1980, Florida Power Corporation received the sub-ject IE Bulletin 80-05, dated March 10, 1980.

Since receipt of this bulletin, FPC staff has been working with Gilbert Associates, Inc., on the required responses. Because these responses are to be reviewed with plant personnel for ac-ceptable corrective action, it has been determined that we will require until July 11, 1980, to completely respond to the bulletin.
