Enclosed with this latter is cur Frelie.inary Case Report for ths proposed exoansion of an existing transmission line carridor from the River Bend fluclear Statien which traverses the Port Hudson Eattlefield i:stional Historic Landmark in Louisiana.
By this letter we are formally requesting Advisory Council on Historic Preservation to ccmment on this proposed action. Along with the report we are sending proposed text of the Meacrandum of Agreement which is required by 36 CFR Part SCO.
Time is of essence in this case because we have requested Gulf States Utilities to suspend any ccnstruction activities wi+.hin the boundaries of the Landmark pending resolution of this issue. Timely.esumption of cor.struction is essential to maintaining schedules for supplies of needed,ncuer in Louisiana.
