Mr. Cordell Reed Vice President Post Office Box 767 Chicago, IL 60690 Gentlemen:
As a result of a physical security inspection conducted on May 12-15, 19-20, 1980, certain matters of concern were discussed during a telephone conversation on May 23, 1980, between Messrs. N. Wandke, R. Smith and J. Roulo of your staff and Messrs. J. Donahue and T. Madeda of this office, relating to implementation of certain sections of your approved security plan.
With regard to these matters, it is our understanding that you will take the actions outlined in the enclosure to this letter.
If your understand-ing of planned actions is not in accordance with the enclosure to this letter, please contact this office immediately.
