SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN In our review of your application for operating licenses for the Byron Station, Units 1 and 2, we have identified a need for additional information which we require to complete our review. The specific requests contained in the enclosure to this letter are the eighth set of our round one questions and cover your Byron safeguards contingency plan dated March 24, 1980. The enclosure which contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) should be withheld from public disclosure. We request that you provide a complete response within 30 days.
