Gentlemen:
This refers to the investigation conducted by Messrs. R. K. Herr and
D. D. Driskill of our staff on April 29-30, 1980, of activities authorized
by NRC Construction Permit No. CPPR-147 for Wolf Creek, Unit No.1, and to
the discussion of our findings with Mr. G. L. Koester.
Since this investigation did not involve any design or other information
which could be considered proprietary as defined by Section 2.790 of the
NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations,
it will be distributed without the customary proprietary review.
No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.
