80-13 (A) 5-22-80 at 2237 Reactor tripped from Hi-Hi S/G water level in "C" S/G.
Feed water reg valve FCV-1498 valve actuator / positioner broke off the valve assembly causing the valve to open and allowing it not to be closed remotely.
Notei The uni;t Qas previously scheduled for an outage on the following Tuesday morning so at the time of the trip the outage was started.
