ml.j..+> This is in response to your letter dated February 29, 1980, transmitting Revision No. 8 to Certificate of Compliance No. 6400, and confirms telephone conversations between Mr. Odegaarden of your staff and Mr. Hipsher of my staff. Please be advised that Nuclear Engi.neering Company, Inc. owr.s two SUPER TIGER shipping packages which we rent to other regis-tered users for their use in shipping approved radioactive materials. Neither of these packages have been used since the first of this year, and we are continuing to hold then out of l service until such time as a thorough inspection is made, in accordance with the instructions contained in the above-refer-enced transmittal letter, and the packatjes are found to be in compliance. He have scheduled the inspections to take place during the j v'M of June ', 1980, and will transmit the results shortly thereafter to your attention.
