Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 1 Enclosed is revision 1 to the Oyster Creek Safeguards Contingency Plan. This revision incorporates the recommended changes outlined in Mr. D. L. Ziemann's letter dated January 7, 1980 and replaces entirely, our original submittal of March 23, 1979. The enclosure contains information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790 (d) and should therefore be withheld from public disclosure.
