Our initial review of the Arkansas Nuclear One, Units Nos.1 and 2 Security Personnel Training and Qaalification Plan dated August 17, 1979, has indicated the need for revisions and additional information.

The enclosure which contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) should be withheld from public disclosure. We request your response to this within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
