This letter is to provide you with information on NRC contractor personnel who are likely to visit your facility accompanied by NRC personnel for the purpose of conducting an appraisal of your Heal.h Physics Program.
The on-site phase of this appraisal at Ft. St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station is scheduled for approximately 2 weeks beginning June 16, 1980.
Reference is made to the letter of January 22, 1980, from Victor Stello, Jr., Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
Those NRC contractor personnel listed on Enclosure 1 are requested to be badged for unescorted access in the protected area.
The personnel identified in Enclosure 1 have completed indoctrination in i
radiological protection, emergency response and security training comparable I
to that furnished by you to regular site employees granted unescorted access.
Any additional training provided by you to this team should be limited to site specified matters required for the individual's safety.
The enclosure to this letter is effective upon receipt and expires on June 30. 1980.
The enclosure is an addendum to the previous list requesting NRC Inspector Unescorted Access, dated February 22, 1980.
