Emergency Response TLD Locations
Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
In our submittal of tha Draft Emergency Plan, dated March 7,1980, Florida Power Corporation committed to deploy Emergency Response TLDs (Attach-ment 8) by June 1, 1980.
This letter further describes our plans and some of the problems associated in carrying out this commitment.
At present, we are actively engaged in the process of surveying the select-ed sites to determine the exact location to deploy the Emergency Response TLDs.
Our experience has been that the actual surveying of the selected sites requires longer than expected time and, in some cases, we may have to shift the sites because of local "hotspots".
Therefore, we will require until August 1,1980 to completely deploy all the Emergency Response TLDs.
