FIRST INTERIM REPORT Description of Deficiency Insulation uaights that were originally provided ucre used in the pipin;; analysis. When the "as-constructed" insulation drawings are received, th=y are reviewed to determine if any significant changes were made that affect the scisraic analysis. Upon review of the piping analysis for unit 1, a discrepancy between actuci insulation weight and the d..ta used for the piping analysis was discovered.
A similar situation may also exist for unit 2.
Corrective Action When the "cs-constructed" insulation drawings for unit 2 are received, tha infomation will be compared with the data used in the unit 2 pipin;; analysis. When this review is complete, TVA can determine if a sic.ilar concern exists for unit 2 and uhat corrective action, if any, is required.
