h 7590-01 UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NO. 50-338 VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Ccamission (the Coranission) has issued Amendment No.17 to Facility Ope ~ rating License No. NPF-4 issued to the Virginia Electric and Power Cogany (the licensee) for operation of the North Anna Power Station, Unit No.1 (the facility) located in Louisa County, Virginia.

The amendment incorporates changes in the Administrative Contro,1 Section of the Technical Specifications to reflect the licensee's manage-l ment reorganization of April 1,1980.

The reorganization divides the I

f fossil and nuclear organizations into separate groups, each with its own operations and technical staff.

The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requiremnts of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Co:nnission's rules and regulations.

The Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations i

in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment.
