Beaver Valley Power Station - Unit No. 2 Crane Wall and Cubicle Wall Reinforcing Bars Docket No. 50-412 Significant Deficiency Report No. 79-03 Gentlemen:
This letter is in reference to Significant Deficiency Report No.
79-03.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e), the final report on this problem was submitted for your review in our letter dated December 5,1979. Subsequent to our letter, it was discovered that an additional 20 No. 11 reinforcing bars had been omitted from a 10 ft. section of cubicle wall which was also a part of the referenced concrete placement.
Enclosed for your review is the revised Final Report On the Crane Wall and Cubicle Wall Reinforcing Bars. The purpose of this revised final report is to address the expanded scope of this Significant Deficiency.
The resolution of this matter has been determined and the rework has been completed. We believe that the revised Final Report is sufficient to bring this matter to its conclusion.
