In our submittal of May 2,1980, Florida Power Corporation comitted to submit the following guidelines and changes for NRC review:
A.
HPI Usage Guidelines During a Small Break or Over-cooling Transient.
B.
Operating Guidelines for OTSG Tube Rupture.
C.
Sumary of Changes That Address 0TSG Overfill.
Enclosures A, 8, and C fulfill this comitment.
Please expedite the review of these guidelines and changes, since FPC is incorporating them into the Plant Operating and Emergency Procedures prior to restart of CR
FPC is also submitting the INP0 Report, " Assessment of Licensed Operator Errors", in Enclosure D.
This was written in response to Recomenda-tion 22 of the DRAFT NUREG-0667, April 2, 1980.
