Dear Mr. Davis:
This is in reply to your letter dated April 8,1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, details relating to the security provisions now being employed in the transport of radioactive wastes and bomb-grade materials, including any evaluations of safeguards against theft and diversion that may have been made.
In response to your request, we have identified the documents listed in Appendix A as being subject to your request.
