NATURE OF CONCERN Thi.s man was very angry b2cause he had been the rounds of the Governor's office and the Lt. Governor's office (where he was referred), and could not get an ans e r to his question:
"Is 'DE in a cold shutdcwn?"
i At the public neetings held last week, he maintains that Mr. Abrams of Washington staff NRC said that it is in a shutdan, but that Mr. John Collins, NRC head of 'IMI, saEE it is not in a shutdmn and is a " Live Cannon."
