Dear Mr. Counsil:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 67 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-21 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
The amendment is in response to your application dated March 19, 1980, as supplemented April 16 and 29, 1980, and May 2. 1980, and as supported by your submittal dated February 14, 1980.
This amendment revises the Appendix A Technical Specifications to add an automatic initiation of the Isolation Condenser on reactor vessel low-low water level and to allow credit for the Isolation Condenser System in the Emergency Core Cooling System performance calculations.
Copies of our Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are enclosed.
