Dear Mr. Linder:
The Corxnission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 20 to Provisional Operating License. No. OPR-45 for the Lacrosse Boiling Water Reactor. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications and is in response to your application dated April 1, 1980.
This amendment allows a second extension to the current Cycle 6 operation by changing the fuel depletion limit on the lead fuel from 15 600 MWD /MTU forallfuelassembliesto15,600 MWD /MTUforanynon-peripheraifuelassembly.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
