Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications to conform them to the model Technical Specifications as requested by Mr. Darrell G.
Eisenhut in a letter dated April 10, 1980.
Pursuant to Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, there is enclosed a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of S1,600 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
