Dear Mr. Saltzman:
Your letter of March 17, 1980, advised us of your approval of Philadelphia Electric Company's request, made in my letter to you dated March 5,1980, for a delay until April 15, 1980, of the filing of certified financial statements and cash flow statements of the Owners of the Peach Bottom facility.
We have recently been advised by Public Service Electric and Gas Company that the decision in a pending rate proceeding which had been expected by March 15, 1980, has been delayed until approximately April 15, 1980.
Additionally, Philadelphia Electric Company is expecting a decision in a rate proceeding presently pending before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission by the end of April.
In order to provide the Commission with 1980 cash flow projections which take into account the decision in the rate proceedings involving Public Service Electric and Gas Company and Philadelphia Electric Company, we hereby request that the date for filing the required documents on behalf of the Peach Bottom 0 mer's be delayed until May 15, 1980.
