Dear Mr. Seyfrit:

In response to IE Bulletin 80-03 we offer the following:

1.

All adsorber cells for use at Comanche Peak are vertical deep-bed, permanent single unit type as manufactured by C.V,I. Corporation.

The perforated screens are secured to the frames by spot welds spaced at 2" centers.

2.

A visual inspection of the adsorber section was performed on a representative number of the units.

The inspection points and infor. nation documented was as follows:
