Dear Sir:
We have determined that a deficiency exists in an unused Reactor Coolant Pump Main Flange Bolt supplied to us for use at the Trojan Nuclear Plant by Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Since this component would be considered Reactor Coolant System Pressure Boundary and is identical to other Westinghouse supplied NSS System com-ponents, we consider the deficiency reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 21.
Attached please find 10 CFR 21 Report No. 80-01 as required.
