SUMMARY
Inspection Summary Areas Inspected: An inspection was made of the WMD measurement control program and independent inspection effort.
The inspection involved 74 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC reqtirements in the two areas examined during the inspection except for the following two iten s:
1.
Failure to establish control chart limits equivalent to.05 and.001 levels of significance.
2.
Failure to calibrate the elephant gun using four standards.
