With an application dated April 15, 1980, you remitted fees totalling
$4,400 (Classes III & I) pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12(c) for miscellaneous changes to the Technical Specifications for the Peach Bottom Unit Nos. 2 and 3.
Based on information provided by the staff of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, it has been determined that this application involves all administrative matters of a clarifying or conforming nature.
Therefore, fees totalling $1,600 for Classes II and I are applicable.
We have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of $2,800 to your Company. The refund will be sent to you within a week or two.
