Changes to periodic test procedure 1-PT-ll2, " Category I Structures-Settlemea.t Monitoring "A" were approved on May 1,1980.
New reference elevations were assigned to survey points that had been destroyed or dis-j located and subsequently reestablished pursuant to T.S. Bases 3/4.7.12, l
hase line dates were changed to comply with T.S. Tables 3.7.5, and a pro-l cedure step vas added to require NRC notification of any changes made to 1-PT-112.
Pursuant to Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Decision ALAB-578 this letter hereby notifies the Commission of changes made to 1-PT-112.
