We have completed our review of your revised safeguards contingency plan for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Units Nos.1 and 2 which was submitted by the Metropolitan Edison Company on February 22, 1980.
The enclosure details our conments on your contingency plan which you are requested to respond to within 30 days from receipt date of this letter.
Inasmuch as this enclosure contains information of a type specified in 10 CFP, 2.790(d), it should be withheld from public disclosure.
