Dear Mr. Counsil:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 34 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddam Neck Plant.
This amendment is in response to your application dated June 1,1979.
The amendment revises the limiting condition for operation and surveillance requirements for the auxiliary feedwater system, inclu, ding pumps, piping and water sources.
Copies of'our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enelosed.
