Mr. James P. O'Reilly Gentlemen:
In our letter dated February 28, 1980, we provided a response to I&E Bulletin 79-27, " Loss of Non-Class 1E Instrumentation and Control Power System Bus During Operation". Item # two of the bulletin requires the preparation or review of certain emergency procedures.
In our response we stated that our study of procedures would be completed on or about January 31, 1981. Having learned that this schedule is unacceptable to the I&E staff, we are greatly expediting this effort. We are now scheduling the review of emergency procedures to be complete by June 26, 1980.
