By our letter of lay 11, 1979, Georgia Power Company proposed changes to the Technical Specifications (Appendix A to the Operating License) to incor-porate the features associated with the end-of-cycle recirculation pump trip.
In response to this request, your staff has determined that additional infor-mation is needed to complete their review.
Enclosed is the additional infor-mation requested in your letter 'f August 17, 1979.
It is our view that the material enclosed provides the NRC staff with sufficient information to complete their review on the EOC-RPT at Hatch Unit 1.
Expeditious review of these changes will prevent a MCPR penalty from being imposed during the end of this cycle. Therefore, if the staff has any further questions, notification of your concerns in a timely manner will be appreciated.
