In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Technical Speci-fication 6.12.3.1, attached is the subject report concerning a discrepancy between the Decay' Heat Pump specificiations and the parts which were supplied.

Further review of the discrepancy indicated that the parts which were supplied are adequate and that this item is not reportable. The attached form is being sent to document our determination.
