We have received a copy of your application dated February 25, 1980, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review and approval.
The application proposed deletion of Technical Soecification 4.9.A.2.c relating to the interaction between onsite and offsite power for your Cooper Nuclear Station, Facility License No. JPR-46.
Your application was accompanied by a Class II amendment fde of $1,200.
Based on guidance from the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that this request involves consideration of safety issue.
As such, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable rather than a Class II fee.
It is rgquested that your company promptly remit an additional sum of $2,800 to.. chis office.
