Gentlemen:
Please find attached a revision of the Quality Assurance Program Plan that we origi-nally submitted January 14, 1980.
We have attempted to comply with instructions as listed in the attachment to your referenced letter.
Recently the Richland, Washington Disposal Site has been closed to Special Nuclear Materials and Transuranic Radioisotopes.
Therefore, the original "one time only" SNM Fail disposal intent has temporarily been shelved.
However, we would like to maintain the capability to get rid of the Foils in the event the Richland Radioactive Waste Disposal Site reopens to Special Nuclear Material.
Therefore, the original request for the "one time only" disposal operation still s'. ands.
