Dear Mr. Saltzman:
In response to your letter of March 5,1980 relative to Florida Power Corporation's gua antee of pay-ment of retrospective premium for 1979, purstant
- .o section 140.21 of 10 CFR Part 140, and your earlier letter of De-cember 10, 1979 on the same matter, I am enclosing a copy of letter dated January 4,1980 f rom J. G. Loader, Treasurer Florida Power Corporation, to you, together with attachments.
You will note that Mr. Loader apolized for not furnishing the 1979 submittal, based upon our assumption that Mr. McKee's letter of May 25, 1979 to you was satis-factory, since we advised that we would make our next filing in June of 1980, unless we heard from you to the con t ra ry, whi ch we neve r d id.
Your most recent letter totally ignores any receipt of Mr. Loader's letter, therefore, I can only assume that it was never received and maybe we can both lament over the reliability of the postal service.
I am sending this letter certified mail, return receipt requested. Please advise if I can furnish anything else in this regard.
Very truly yours,
