Provide the bases for each of the revised maximum groundwater elevations at various structures, as shown on pages 1 and 2 of your August 21, 1979 submittal. Discuss the computational models used to predict the ground-water levels and provide all input parameters to the model such as permeability, porosity, time, starting groundwater levels, etc. Discuss how extreme rainfall conditions could affect groundwater levels.
2.
Provide the current groundwater levels in the site area and any water level trends which formed a basis for your revised estimates.
3.
Discuss the effect of hi.), riorth Anna Lake levels on groundwater levels at the site for both long-term and short-term (flood) conditions.
4.
Discuss further how modifications were made to groundwater levels at those locations "where conditions appear capable of producing locally higher groundwater levels".
