Met-Ed letter, TLL 035, R. F. Wilson to J. T. Collins, dated January 30, 1980 In accordance with the referenced letter, we concur with your program to correct the major material and personnel problems identified during the conduct of the Unit 2 Casualty Drills in January 1980.

These problems were discussed in detail with your staff during the exit I

meeting for inspection report 80-01. As discussed with your staff we uelieve that it is premature to judge the conduct of these drills as satisfactory as noted in the referenced letter.

We 'elieve that a concerted effort is needed to correct these items o

prior to the next drill, scheduled for completion before March 31, 1980.

We will review the corrective measures taken for resolution of the identified problems before the next scheduled drill.
