Operating License tb. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Decay Heat Removal Systen Hydrostatic Testing As requested in a telephone conversation between Tom Poindexter (USNRC) and W. J. Papproth (GPU) we are forwarding the procedures employed to hydm tatically test the Decay Heat Renoval Systems for 24I-2 as in-dicateo b; Attachment I, " History DHR Hydrostatic Testing", to our letter serial GOL 1295 of October 16, 1979.
We believe the enclosed procedures (R-2-79-52 and R-2-79-53) provide the information requested. Also, the packless valves employed in the system are Grinnell #2741 valves.
