An invitation to attend a meeting on the #rogammatic EIS for the Clean up at TMI#2 was delivered today.
The date of the meeting is 1-29-80. The date on the letter is 1-14-80.
On 1-14-80, I received a letter from the PR 50,51, Waste confidence Hearing Board.
This letter of Hotice was dated 1-10-80. It announced a meeting or Prehearing Conference on 1-29-80 also 1
Jow, there is a conflict.
Bothe the PR 50, 51 and the Progan -
matic EIS are scheduling events on 1-29-80 According to the Docketing Division Stamp, the PR 50,51 Pre Hearing"$bIschdduled for 81S80 first.
Several participants in the PR 50, 51 Prehearing are also participants in the TMI#1 Docket 50-289 and have filed letters of intent to participate in the TMI#2 Programmatic EIS. These participants include, but are not limited to, Myself, ECNP, and Karen 8heldon.
The only fair solution is to reschedule the Programmatic EIS for a later date.
Your meeting was scheduled after the notice of the PR 50,51 Prehearing was sentout.
