Under separate cover I am sending you copies of operator and senior operator examinations and examiner's reports for 52 licensed operators at Three ' tile Island ac requested in your letter of December 4,1970 Each individual has authorized release of this infonnation to you.

regret that we were unable to locate the docket for one person, Mr.
Brumer, hence, no infomation regarding his examinations is forwarded.
We will send his examinations when his docket has been found.
You will note that in some instanr:es one or both of the written examina-tions is missing from an individual's package.
In other cases, oral examination notes are missino as well. The reason for this is that in order to conserve filinq space we only keep the examinations for a limited

time, i.e., until the license is renewed or a new, uporaded license i
issued. Therefore, most of the examinations administered in the pre-1977 i
the frame had already been purced frm the files. We do, however, keep the examination sumary sheets which are being forwarded to you.
