My apologies for the delay in responding to your request for Three Mile Island investigation reports. Your letter only recently came to my attention because it evidently got caught up with the mass of correspondence we have received about TMI.
I am enclosing copies of four NRC-prepared reports and a copy of the " Report of the President's Commission on the Accident at Three Mile Island" (the Kameny Report). The NRC reports are:
" Population Dose and Health Impact of the Accident at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station" (NUREG-0558),
"TMI-2 Lessons Learned Task Force Status Report and Short-Ters Reconinendations" (NUREG-0578),
"TNI-2 Lessons Learned Task Force - Final Report" (NUREG-0585); and
" Investigation into the March 28, 1979, Three Mile Island Accident by the Office of Inspection and Enfarcement" (NUREG-0600).
All subseque.it information about Three Mile Island and its availability are listed in "T'tle List of Publicly Available Doctsnents: Three Mile Island -
Docket 50-32G" (NUREG-0568), its revision, NUREG-0568, Revision 1 and Supplement I to Revision 1, copies of which I am also enclosing.
