MEETING WITH NRC REGIONAL INSPECTORS TO DISCUSS LICENSEE RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAMS FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS - THREE MILE ISLAND SPECIAL INQUIRY GROUP The Three Mile Island Special Inquiry Group'is examining, in general, the health physics program of the various utilities operating nuclear power plants. They intend to use the results of this examination as a comparison 3
to the TMI ;.rogram.
In pursuit of this inquiry they would like to discuss-the radiation protection programs of nuclear power plant licensees with regional inspectors knowledgeable in this area and familiar with the utilities in their respective regions.
They have requested that the following IE personnel attend a meeting with the Special Inquiry Staff to discuss the subject. The meeting will be conducted at the Special Inquiry Staff offices on Arlington Road, beginning at 9:00-a.m.
on Tuesday, September 25 and continuing through Wednesday, September 26, 1979.
The following personnel have been requested to attend the meeting:
